Treat your acne naturelly

STEP #1) Honey and cinnamon

This mixture is one of the best things you can do to fight pimples... just leave it on overnight for 7-14 days in a row and your pimples will be a thing of the past.
Make sure to rinse it off when you wake up. Honey is incredible because it has so many natural antibacterial properties... and also simply eating more of it is quite effective.

Just don't eat too much...

Honey is very sweat so you can overdo it. As an aside--if you ever get the craving for sweets, try eating some raw honey and I bet this will satisfy your craving.

This is a GREAT nourishing way to alleviate the "sweet tooth", in addition to being one of the best natural ways to get rid of acne.

STEP #2) Use coconut oil

This should be done AFTER using any natural remedy to make sure your skin is moistened. Your skin can often become quite dry from using one of these products... and coconut oil should help moisten things back up.

STEP #3) Take a "holistic" approach to health
This means implementing both a healthy diet AND exercise regime, if you don't already have one. This is the best method for eliminating zits PERMANENTLY.
