How to be happy and healthy in 2010

Tips For A Healthy And Happy 2010


Remember 2010 will be here before you know it. The Clubfreedom team wants all of our members to have a happy and healthy 2010. Here are some additional tips to help you do just that!

Your Health

Drink plenty of water.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants. Eat less food that is manufactured.

Live with the three E's - Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.

Make time for gratitude.

Play more games.

Read more books than you did in 2009.

Sit in silence for at least ten minutes each day.

Sleep for at least seven hours every night.

Take a 10 to 30 minute walk every day - while you walk, put a smile on your face.

Your Community

Call your family often.

Each day give something good to others.

Forgive everyone for everything.

Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of six.

Try to make at least three people smile each day.

What other people think of you is none of your business.

Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will.

Your Life

Do the right things.

Get rid of anything that is not useful, beautiful or joyful.

However good or bad the situation is, it will change.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

The best is yet to come.

When you awake alive in the morning, be thankful!

Your innermost self is always happy, so be happy!
